We supply to any client size from large bulk manufacturing plants to small independent tailors and seamstresses. We stock a diverse selection of fashionable knits and woven fabrics, printed and plain.
We have the biggest stock-supported range of fabrics in South Africa with over 450 different types of fabric. We supply fabrics to major fashion retailers.Over the years we have extended our supply to boutiques, online stores and small emerging brands.

Certainly. Please contact us with a list of the samples you would like and please use our fabric codes or reference where possible.
We send out small samples stapled to A4 pages (with details of the fabrics) at a minimal charge or you are welcome to come to our showroom and cut your own references. We charge for larger samples that require special cutting to cover the fabric cost and the time and labor involved. Please allow 5 working days for them to arrive.
Our Website displays the prices excluding vat of all our products, which you are able to see them inside the "Shop" section under fabric categories. For special pricing and bulk order pricing, please contact one of our sales staff who will gladly assist you further.
You can order & pay for fabrics via our website, where a courier service will deliver it straight to your door in a few day's time. Alternatively, if you want to speak to us directly, then you can contact one of our sales staff who will gladly assist you with the purchasing process. If everything is in stock delivery takes 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on how busy we are. Most urgent order requests will be dispatched the next day if received before 10 am.
Most of the time, yes. However colors do vary slightly from shipment to shipment. Our sample cards reflects the latest actual colour in stock. If a specific colour shade is required it is better to send us a colour reference cutting.
Unless otherwise specified you can order from 1m to a complete roll(s) of our existing warehouse stock. When you require a specific fabric to be imported then the minimuns are +- 3000m and around 1500m / colour.
The washing and drying instructions provided by the manufacturer are available on request and SK Textiles do laboratory tests on our product to confirm verasity. Fabrics test results can vary slightly from shipment to shipment. It is always advisable to do your own wash and dry tests on any fabric before making it into a garment or any other product.
International standard is that in any one roll (40-50 meters) there might be 6 or 8 small faults therefore in smaller pieces this carries on that there may be 1 or 2 small faults depending on the size. It is also accepted that there may be joins within a roll, however, no more than 1 join in any one piece. Please note that this is always kept to a minimum and is occasional.
SK Textiles do laboratory tests on our product to confirm verasity and we have tested a colourway of the ones we are asked for most often. Very few are of our fabrics are Fire-Retardant as this is a requirement for upholstery fabric. Should you need more information on fabric flameproofing will are happy to help.
Yes, our warehouse is open Monday to Friday 8 am to 4.45 pm. Our retail shop are open for online orders every day of the week. We trade as a shop on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & 1st Saturday of the month. On Tuesday and Thursday we are open as a showroom and online orders.Our Monday to Thursday retail hours are 9am to 4pm, Friday we are open 9am to 2pm and Saturday trading hours are 9am to 1pm.
